The company aims to assist its clients in their product development at a level that suits their needs. Development for client enquiries can be divided broadly into three different forms:

Seasoning Components
Some of our clients hold a library of salt based standardised extracts and various herbs, spices and other dehydrates. Having developed the flavour profile that they require in their product they can then either purchase the constituent parts or ask us to blend the parts together into a seasoning.

Part blends
If a client informs us of a development project we can sample part blends with recommended addition rates. For example, in response to a request for a curry we could respond with a selection of spice bases without chilli heat and sample chilli separately. On completion of the project we could supply the parts or a total blend.

Complete blends
When requested we respond with the total seasoning requirement for a product. This type of development is often accompanied by additional product formulation information.

To achieve our product development the company has a fully equipped experimental kitchen which enables a variety of manufacturing conditions to be reproduced on a pilot scale.
